We are having our big concert at the Lisner Auditorium at the George Washington University on May 13, Saturday night. The turn-out was great and many people were applauding and cheering for us. We were very honoured to have the Queen of Jordan, Queen Noor, and her family was in the concert too. Many of our host families were there too!
We started our day at noon and started to rehearse for the concert till 4pm. Went for a short dinner together at TGIFridays and got ourselves prepared, and ready for the concert.
At 7pm, Queen Noor, came by to visit us on stage right before the concert started. We each briefly introduced ourselves and had a group photo taken. Then the concert started.
btw, this time we have an additional choir of 60 people performing with us in the auditorium.
This is one of our favourite pieces in the concert.
