First 2005 Snowstorm in Boston! YAY!!

School's closed today!! Due to snow storm!! Cool... cos I woke up and walked to school at 9am. The whole place was white with minimal footprints. Too bad I didn't bring my camera. Well, luckily I came back on time. Later in the morning, the lovely snow turned into a nasty storm with mixed rain... yuck...

I managed to take pics from my room window though... the one on the left was taken when the storm sorta just started. The one on the right shows of a pic taken 15 min later... the same window, same angle (well, almost).











At least this morning when I walked to school (without knowing that the school's closed) I felt good. Everywhere was white, cooling temperature, quiet. The snow did brighten up my day, I thought. So despite making a mistake, my spirits were definitely up. So I decided to to enroute and take Newbury street path home. It was a longer route, but you could see shopkeepers shoving snow, laid back...

I arrived home with a new feeling... and continued with my assignments!! haha...
