I got into Music Synthesis and cut my hair short to celebrate!

I got into Music Synthesis in my first semester!! That means I can start taking the new subjects offered by the dept starting next term n make use of the new recording studios and facilities!!!!!! This shouldn't come as a surprise to me, but after hearing the level of failure rate and the lack of GPA, I have to admit that I was a little worried not being able to get into the major.

My plans for this semester is to be in the Dean's list (GPA 3.8 and above - A averages) - which shouldn't be difficult. Also for the next semester, and the next semester...

BTW, I cut my hair short again... just couldn't stand having to tie n untie my hair with and without my winter cap... it's so inconvenient. In fact, I plan to shave my head... for fun... well, if I look good in it, I may even contemplate keeping it! VEry tempted to shave now, but the weather is getting severely cold now. I can forsee my folicles sneezing and having running noses (if they have). Maybe I'll do it at a later time. Next semester. If I really can't stand it, well, I'll just shave. It's just hair. It'll grow - eventually.

I've also memorized Handel's Harp Concerto and able to play at 75 beats per minute rate. It's really satisfying. But I still have alot alot to work on. Articulation, dynamics, even-ness of notes... but still, I enjoy practising.
